We reserve the right,at our sole discretion to modify or replace these terms at anytime.If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

The existence of this Marketing Partner Agreement should not be deemed as an endorsement or recommendation of Marketing Representative by TD Ameritrade and/or any of its affiliated companies. Neither TD Ameritrade nor any of its affiliated companies is responsible for the privacy practices of Marketing Representative or this website. 7. Subscription:

1. For a Subscription Plan, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly or annually).
2. For a Lifetime Plan, you will be billed once and the plan will remain valid till the product has support.

8. Termination of Service:

1. If you terminate in the middle of your subscription cycle (month, quarter or a year respectively) in a Subscription Plan, you will not receive refund for the remaining period.
2. You will not receive refund for early termination of a Lifetime Plan.

NetworkFinancials doesn't guarantee,represent that your use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free and you agree that service may get halted or stopped for indefinite period of time without notice to you. You agree service is at your sole risk.Service delivered by NetworkFinancials are "AS IS"and "AS AVAILABLE" for your use without any warranties of any kind.Because some industries don't allow the exclusion of implied warranties,the above exclusion of implied warranties may not apply to you. -Service provided is not for any sort of reccomendation of buying or selling of product or services of company disclosed as part of the service. -Decision of buying or selling equity of companies disclosed is at your own risk. -Objective of service provided is to make you know better about the companies ,their products or services through data analytics.

Trovespace Subscription:

1. For monthly subscription credit card will be charged from second month of subscription at the rate of monthly fee as specified in the subscription section.

2. This service is not allowed to investment professionals who manages wealth of others. The list of prohibited professionals include Portfolio Manager, Hedge Fund Manager, Institutional Wealth Managers and others whose responsibility falls in similar scope.

3. When you subscribe you agree you are not in the categories of professionals listed in clause (2).

4. If you want to cancel service you need to send an email to contact@network-financials.com. Service will be stopped from the starting of next month.
(a) If subscription is for monthly based service you will not be charged for subsequent months after cancellation is completed.
(b) if subscription is for annual based service there will not be any refund if not cancelled within the first month of service.

5. Momentum score is not any sort of recommendation to sell or buy at any given point of time.This is solely for the purpose of helping to find which companies are trending based on Trovespace Momentum Scoring Engine and relative strength of companies discovered by Trovespace.

6. Employees of NetworkFinancials may have prior positions in companies which get discovered in the Trovespace service.This is a dynamic service where companies are discovered programmatically and no human intervention is involved when service is in operationally running condition.
